Refund policy
Overview
At O'kra, we stand behind the quality of every can we ship. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with O'kra, you agree to the terms outlined below.
For all policy inquiries please contact us at support@drinkokra.com with your order number and the email address used to place your order.
Our Policy: No Refunds
O'kra does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong flavor or quantity
- Delayed delivery by the shipping carrier
- Lost or stolen packages
- Any other reason outside of product damage upon delivery
Replacements for Damaged Products
We will issue a replacement if your product arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
To submit a damage claim please email support@drinkokra.com with all of the following:
- Photo or image of the damaged product — clearly showing the damage
- Your order number
- The email address used to place your order
- Your tracking number
Once we receive your claim with all required information we will review it and process your replacement as quickly as possible. Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement.
Please note: We are only able to issue replacements, not refunds, for damaged products.
Lost or Stolen Packages
O'kra is not liable for lost or stolen packages once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and work toward retrieving your package.
O'kra cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages that have been lost or stolen after leaving our warehouse. This includes packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
To file a claim with the shipping carrier:

Order Cancellations & Address Changes
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order or update your shipping address.
To request a cancellation or address change please email support@drinkokra.com within 12 hours of placing your order with the following:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place your order
- The change or cancellation you are requesting
Once your order has left our warehouse nothing can be done on our end. We are unable to reroute, recall, or cancel any order that has already shipped. No exceptions.
