Preorders & Fulfillment Timeline

  • Depending on production timelines, your order may arrive earlier.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has left our facility.

  • Please note that holidays, weather events, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.

  • DrinkOkra is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drinkokra.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

Multiple Orders

  • If you place multiple preorders, we may ship them together when possible.
