At O'kra, we want every Okie to have the best possible experience from the moment they place their order. Please read our purchase, cancellation, and subscription policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to make any changes to your order.
This includes:
- Canceling your order
- Updating your shipping address
- Correcting any order details
To request a cancellation or address change, please email support@drinkokra.com within 12 hours of placing your order with the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The change or cancellation you are requesting
After 12 hours, your order will have entered our fulfillment process and we will be unable to make changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Subscription Policy
Minimum Subscription Commitment
All O'kra subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 subscription cycles. By subscribing, you agree to receive and be charged for a minimum of 3 orders before canceling your subscription.
This commitment helps us maintain consistent inventory planning and continue delivering the best possible product to our Okie community.
Early Cancellation Buyout
If you wish to cancel your subscription before completing your 3-cycle minimum commitment, an early cancellation buyout fee will apply. The buyout fee is equal to the value of the remaining subscription orders owed under your minimum commitment.
For example:

After completing your 3-cycle minimum, you may cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees by emailing support@drinkokra.com with your order number and the email address associated with your account.
Subscription Product Changes
You cannot change the flavor or product type on an existing subscription. Each subscription is tied to the specific SKU selected at the time of purchase.
If you would like to switch flavors or products, you have two options:
- Cancel your current subscription (subject to the early cancellation buyout policy above if within your 3-cycle minimum) and start a new subscription with your preferred flavor.
- Start an additional subscription for your new preferred flavor while keeping your existing subscription active.

- O'kra Sparkling Okra Water — Pineapple
- O'kra Sparkling Okra Water — Pomegranate
- O'kra Sparkling Okra Water — Mango
